Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PG Digital Solution, we value every project and strive to deliver the highest quality of work. As a digital marketing and development agency, we work extensively with our clients to ensure satisfaction. However, to maintain transparency and professional standards, we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.
By hiring PG Digital Solution for any service (SEO, Web Development, Graphic Design, Content Writing, or Paid Ads), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs change. If you wish to cancel a service, please refer to the specific terms based on your project type:
Ongoing Monthly Services (SEO, Social Media Retainers)
- Notice Period: Clients must provide a written cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance via email to support@pgdigitalsolution.com.
- Billing: Services will be billed for the current month. If the cancellation notice is given mid-month, the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and no pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining days.
One-Time Projects (Web Design, Branding, Development)
- Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a project after it has commenced, you will be liable to pay for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Deposits: The initial deposit (usually 50% advance) serves as a booking fee for our time and resources. This deposit is non-refundable if the project is cancelled by the client after work has begun.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, “time” and “creative effort” cannot be returned. Therefore, our refund policy is strict but fair.
When Refunds Are NOT Applicable:
- Mind Change: Refunds are not issued if you simply change your mind after the work has started.
- Third-Party Costs: Any money spent on third-party services—such as Domain Names, Hosting, Google/Facebook Ad Spend, Premium Plugins, or Stock Images—is 100% non-refundable. These payments go directly to external vendors and cannot be recovered by us.
- Approved Work: Once a design, article, or website milestone is approved by the client, no refunds will be issued for that specific milestone.
- SEO & Marketing Results: While we use pro-level strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., “#1 on Google in 2 days”) as algorithms are third-party controlled. Refunds will not be issued based on “performance expectations” unless there is a proven failure of service delivery on our part.
When Refunds ARE Applicable:
- Non-Delivery: If PG Digital Solution fails to start your project or deliver the agreed-upon scope of work within the stipulated timeline (excluding delays caused by the client), a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Double Payment: If you accidentally paid an invoice twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
3. Project Abandonment
If a client fails to communicate, provide necessary content, or approve drafts for a period of 30 days, the project will be considered “Abandoned.”
- PG Digital Solution reserves the right to terminate the project.
- No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects.
- Restarting an abandoned project may incur additional “Re-initiation Fees.”
4. Dispute Resolution
We aim to solve every issue amicably. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us immediately before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
- Step 1: Email us at support@pgdigitalsolution.com explaining your concern.
- Step 2: Our management team will review the case and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Step 3: We will work towards a mutual solution, which may include additional revisions or a partial refund if deemed valid.
