Goal
Orijen stands for “Nourish as Nature Intended.” The objective was to bring this global philosophy to the Indian market through a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform. The brand needed a digital storefront that didn’t just sell dog and cat food but educated the user about the importance of a protein-rich, “WholePrey” diet.


Challenges
Premium Positioning: The website had to reflect the high-end nature of the product. A clutter-free, immersive design was non-negotiable.
Complex Navigation: With specific formulas for different breeds and life stages, the user journey had to be simplified to prevent decision fatigue.
Community Building: Orijen needed a way to build a loyal community (“The Orijen Pack”) directly through the site.
